Roasted to bring out depth without overpowering. A velvety, well-rounded cup with subtle earthy undertones, notes of mocha and layers of complex flavour.

From the same Ugandan bean as our OG, the lighter Storm Food, this roast delivers bold character with a softer edge. Carefully balanced to offer richness and depth with only mild bitterness, making it just as at home as a black coffee or sitting comfortably in a full-bodied milk brew.

Roasted to a darker profile than Storm Food, but refined. Proof that intensity doesn’t have to shout to be heard.

The Helmet and The Scroll were rolled by Sean as part of our community naming ceremony during our Summer cupping event in June!
