This cupped extremely well at our Spring Cupping event, becoming an immediate favourite. Mimic is a smooth and dependable medium roast with subtle fruity sweetness of dark chocolate.  Crafted for exploration without risk.

Brew as filter or a softer espresso and enjoy a calm, refined cup that rewards attention.

Name Origin

The Chest and The Puzzle were rolled by Denise as part of our first ever community naming ceremony during our Spring cupping event!

This combination had Denise immediately come up with 'Mimic'. A nod to the classic shape-shifting monstrosity prevalent in many board and video games. Often appearing as an inanimate object and most famously as a treasure chest to lure unsuspecting adventurers!
