It took us a while to find the perfect roast profile for this offering, but once we moved experimentation over to the 10kg Toper roaster we managed to lock in a roast that we think is going to have cult status.
When we cupped this the first time we all noted 'zingy'. Think biting into a shiny green Granny Smith or eating a gooseberry off the worktop when mum's baking a pie. There's tea-like lightness to this cup, with almost no bitterness.
Suggest an immersion brew or filter to really extract the truest expression of this one. Don't shy away from putting it through the espresso machine though - there are no rules here.
