Our first anaerobic coffee, fermented without oxygen in Uganda's Rwenzori Mountains. Bold plum, forest fruits and orange peel, a soft marshmallow sweetness and a boozy, funky edge.

We're a collective of six friends with one passion: finding incredible small-batch coffee and roasting it right here in Colchester.

Every roast gets its name from a roll of our glyph dice, sometimes by a customer. Denise rolled the chest and the puzzle at our spring cupping, and Mimic was born. Every design on the bags starts as a pen-and-ink sketch, imperfections and all.
