Think biting into a shiny green Granny Smith or eating a gooseberry off the worktop when mum's baking a pie. There's tea-like lightness to this cup, with almost no bitterness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSuggest an immersion brew or filter to really extract the truest expression of this one.
